In addition to routine maintenance, the CMC also covers emergency breakdown services and the replacement or repair of worn-out parts arising from normal wear and tear, as per the agreement. MY FTA LIFTS provides 24×7 customer support and quick response for emergency calls to minimize downtime and enhance passenger safety. The company’s certified and experienced technicians maintain detailed service records and provide regular performance reports, ensuring transparency and accountability. The contract also includes assistance in annual safety inspections and compliance with relevant lift safety standards and local regulations. Items like decorative parts, cabin interiors, damages due to misuse, or electrical issues external to the lift are typically excluded from the coverage.
