Lift AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) Service is a comprehensive agreement between a lift service provider and the customer, designed to ensure the safe, smooth, and efficient operation of elevators throughout the year. This service includes regular maintenance, inspections, lubrication, minor repairs, and prompt response to breakdowns, reducing the chances of unexpected failures and enhancing the lift’s lifespan.
There are generally two types of AMC services: Comprehensive AMC (CAMC), which covers all parts, labor, and maintenance, and Non-Comprehensive AMC, which includes only service and labor, with parts charged separately. The frequency of visits may vary based on the lift’s usage and brand, but typically includes monthly or quarterly check-ups.
