Inclusions:
Routine Servicing: Scheduled preventive maintenance visits (typically monthly) to ensure the smooth, safe operation of the lift.
Lubrication and Cleaning: Includes total cleaning, oiling, and greasing of necessary parts, with the contractor supplying consumables like grease and oil.
Breakdown Attendance: Covers the labor and attendance for emergency call-backs and breakdown interventions during working hours.
Adjustments: Minor adjustments to parts to maintain optimal lift functionality.
Exclusions (Billed Separately):
Parts and Components: The cost of any spare parts, components, or major replacement items is not included.
Repair Labor: Labor charges for installing or replacing major defective parts are often billed additionally.
Major Repairs/Overhauls: Substantial repairs, including major components like motor winding or controller cards, are typically excluded.
Damage: Costs arising from misuse, power fluctuation, or causes beyond the contractor's reasonable control (e.g., acts of nature).
The contract offers essential service and breakdown attendance for a fixed fee, providing the client with budget flexibility for part replacements as needed.
